Such a great experience using The Flying Locksmiths - Coastal Carolinas! Called to make the appointment and the call center representative was terrific. She was able to get us an appointment the next day and even contacted the office to confirm for us! We were informed the tech would call at least 30 minutes before arriving. Trevor came out the next day, calling first to confirm details of the visit and provide his arrival time. He was prompt, fixed the issue quickly and also gave us some advice regarding some additional security features we were looking into. Strong winds blew the entrance door to my garage closed and it jammed and could not be opened. My husband and I tried everything to open it, but it stayed jammed. I called The Flying Locksmiths and Trevor was here in less than an hour. He was very polite and obviously knew what he was doing. He had the door open again in no time, and discussed with me what to do if it jammed again. The repair rate was very reasonable.
