We seem to have frequent door issues at our Child Care Center and have difficulty getting anyone to come out to service the doors or to actually fix the problem with they do come out. We had a door issue that had to be fixed on a very tight timeline. We had previously been told the door needed to be replaced.The company we had been dealing with for years did not return our calls when we attempted to contact them.We called The Flying Locksmith and Randy came out the same day. He looked at the issue and said he could replace the door if we wanted, but he could fix the issue if we wanted it fixed. The door now works perfectly! It says a LOT about a company when they do the work that is actually needed instead of trying to sell you on something you do not need.I told him I wish I had known about him before I had paid for our normal door company to make changes to an emergency exit door. At that time I had been waiting over two months for the other company to do the work. Once the other company did the work they said they were unable to have it keyed the way I requested. Once again I called the Flying Locksmith and Randy came out. He easily keyed it the way I requested when the other company said they could not key it that way.I highly recommend this company! Randy is professional, prompt, courteous, fairly priced, trustworthy, and helpful. The Flying Locksmith is now our one and only door company.
