Garrett H. was great! Upon entering my workplace, unbeknownst to me, he was repairing the front and side doors from rain entering underneath. My husband had called him without my knowledge but my eyes lit up when I saw Garrett’s locksmith truck in the parking lot. I immediately inquired about my lost desk key and if it was possible to have the key replaced. He looked it up on his phone right then and there….and yes! It was doable. Then, I asked him if he could replace our front door key lock with a knob……a huge pet peeve of mine. Every time someone came to the door after hours, I’d have to run back to my office to get my keys to unlock it. Ugh! Of course, my husband never saw any issue with it which is why, after three years of being here, this pet peeve has lived on. No more! Garrett, again, to the rescue! I’m sure people in his line of work hate to be bothered with new issues when they’re there to deal with another but I couldn’t tell from Garrett’s reaction. He was super nice and went out of his way to even adjust the doors from opening due to strong winds. He is getting a new estimate ready for the new items but I have no doubt that he’ll show up, just like last time, with his tools in hand and a ready smile!

The Flying Locksmiths installed a PDK system for my Senior Living Community, Carriage Inn Conroe in May of 2018. The entire process was seamless and the system works as intended. Craig and Cindy Heiser have continued to support my community through excellent tech support and customer service. Craig and Cindy also show their support through community outreach that extends beyond their relationship with Carriage Inn but also with the support for finding a cure to End Alzheimer's disease. Most recently, during the COVID 19 pandemic, we made an urgent call to Craig with assistance with walking us through how to disable specific doors to control access of social visiting and within 15 minutes of the call, Craig had tech support on the call with us and the building was made secure for the benefit of the seniors that live at Carriage Inn. As a follow up, Cindy sent out a personal quick hello, just to check on us and to see if how my seniors are doing and if they could help us in any other way. Back in 2018 we would have never considered that the security issue we could face would be called COVID 19 but so grateful for the PDK system, Cindy & Craig Heiser and for the entire Flying Locksmith family.
