I can handsdown say that Tony is the most helpful man I have ever meet in any dealings I've had with renovating a place. Flying Locksmith installed an electric lock system for me that was by no means easy. He did way more work than most would as well as answering my countless phonecalls and being extremely patient and helpful throughout. He did all of this at half the price the nearest quote I got. Can't recommend enough. All business people should like Tony.

After I incorrectly installed a lock myself, John Miller came and made a valiant effort to open the door without destructively drilling the lock out. As I spindle fell out the back side of the door, there was no choice but to drill, which he did quickly and professionally.While it was not cheap, the price was fair, and was explained to me. Considering I am in Manhattan - it was reasonable.I'd definitely would recommend and use again.
