Ken Aldridge is a fantastic locksmith. He arrived within 20 minutes after I talked to him about my door/lock issue . He fixed my door along with replacing the knob and lock. He was very personable and I was highly satisfied with his work. This is a great company. I will be using them from now on for any door/ lock issues that arise.

Great transaction! Emailed to set up an appointment for re-keying a new home after closing. Got a call to nail down the appointment just a few minutes (not hours or the next day) after I emailed.When the appointment time came - the technician showed up 10 minutes early and was quick, efficient, professional, and personable. 30 minutes or so later the job was done and everything was ready to go. Another great job by The Flying Locksmiths. We had hired them to change our locks when we moved into our new home and mentioned that we needed to get a doggie door installed as well. Found out they also install doors so asked them to price out a door and installation. The owner called to work out exactly what we were looking for and ordered the door. Two weeks later the door is installed and it’s everything we wanted and more. There were a couple of hitches that came up during installation but they were handled professionally and thoroughly.
