Excellent customer service! I emailed to inquire about buying old locks for my son to practice using his new lock pick set. The owner, Josh, called me within 5 minutes and offered to box up a couple locks (no charge) and would drop them off at my house. I needed special hardware replaced on my front door. I made an appointment with Flying Locksmiths. Jay arrived on time at my home. He took pictures and measurements of the hardware to be replaced. That evening Jay researched and found the hardware needed to do the job. He prepared the quote and emailed it to me the next morning. He did this all on his own time. We arranged another appointment for the replacement of the hardware. On that day, Jay arrived on time, performed the install which required some adjustments to the door. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I just wish all service companies had technicians like Jay.

These guys were FANTASTIC!!! They made a trip out to assess how to meet my particular need (it was a very precise situation). They then determined what product would beat meet that need. When the parts arrived, Jay showed up to do the installation. Because it was a remote lock, Josh came later to assist with the computer work.Together, they spent hours performing the work because of some unforeseen problems. Despite the additional hours, they charged me only their initial quote.Most importantly, Josh and Jay explained EVERYTHING. Needed to change the locks on an old house we bought. They came out, realized some knobs/deadbolts were problematic, gave me a list of what knobs and deadbolts to buy, didn't charge for the visit. When they returned all went smoothly, even though some of the old hardware was hard to remove. A beautiful job. He figured out it was cheaper to charge by the hour than per knob and lock, so charged by the hour. Nice guy, professional. I highly recommend.
